Dispatched by Luzerne County 911 center for a possible structure fire at 359 West Broad Street. C-2, Ladder Tower 1 , Engines 2 & 4 responded. While en route Hazleton Police advised that there was smoke and fire on the second floor. C-2 arrived on scene confirmed working fire, tone for additional man power, three story multi use building with Occupants exiting the building . Engine 4 attack engine, crews went in the back door with an inch and three quarter hose line. The fire was in the front room it was extinguished and ventilated. The room was checked for extension.
