Vine St WSF 12/14/10

Dispatched by Luzerne County Communications Center for a structure fire at 169 South Vine Street. C-2, ladder 1, Engine's 2 & 4, and Medic 11 responded. Engine 4 arrived on scene reported a working fire, second floor. C-2  arrived on scene, fire showing second floor side A left side window. Crews went to second floor with an inch and three quarter hose line and extinguished the fire. Engine 2 established a water supply. The home owner self extricated and was taken away by Medic 11 to Hazleton General Hospital, then transferred to a regional trauma center in Allentown for burns.
